Just letting all of you know that Swordfest is being held June 20th 2009 - at the Dojo that I train in - Capital Area Budokai - in Alexandria Virginia.

From what I understand - my sensei has told me, that this will be quite a unique event - showcasing Japanese Sword Arts like Kendo and Naginata, as well as other styles, which would also include some European styles.
The event is free.

You might want to check this event out.

Perhaps one day they will want a Light Saber Demo at this event.

I can give you more information if you are interested.
