March Meetup

I've changed the time to 12pm, so it is actually a Lunch Time event.

This also gives us plenty of time after we eat to go to a place like Kinokuniya, or do something else like Karaoke, or DDR or plushie hunting at Capitol Square.

What I'd like to know is who is actually wanting to come along to meetups, seeing as (except for the loli one) no one turns up and I'm wondering if the life of this group is dead. Does anyone else want to do the organising in future?

I'd like to see people turning up as there are new people adding themselves.

Maybe they should reply with what sorts of things they would like to do...

I may try and make this one as I have some things to do in the city. But the questions is, of course, what do people want to do?

Also, I am thinking of inviting along the crew from SMASH so maybe City Extra or a similar location will, again, be ideal. Thoughts?

Another thought I am having is to reduce the meetups to every second month. It give more time to plan between each one, more time for people to make sure they have the time for it and makes them a little rare, thus more special. Any objections?

This would mean that if we do have a March Meetup, then the next one won't be till May (which works because of Brisnova being in April) followed by one Sydnova in June, a Meetup in July, Smash in August and so on. Kinda works...at least for a little while. :D

Should we change the meetup date to March 29th? Since Mini Animania will be on the 29th.

I'm going to postpone the meetup and leave it till April. I can't make Mini Animania as I will be taking care fo things for Melbourne Supanova and getting ready for Brisbane and we don't seem to have a lot of interest. I'll cancel the one for this month and we'll look at what we can get up to for next.

Oh um..would it be more convenient to have meetups on a sunday or something?? Or is it just ppl are not responding?

Always happens that I have something on the same day, or I'm stuck working that I can't make it alot. I think it's been a year and abit or something? I'll make an effort to try and come to the next one.
